Course Description: Come to the Career Options Expo 2007 to meet and hear from successful practitioners representing many career options available in optometry today. You will also have the opportunity to network a wide range of prospective career Providers. You will hear from successful individuals representing solo practitioners, partnerships, multi-specialty practices, employed arrangements, lease and franchise holding, as well as research, faculty, and educational opportunities.

The Vistakon travel grants will be awarded during this presentation.  Essay winners must be present to claim their awards.

Course Description: This course covers interesting cases from two of TLC’s Centers that are affiliated with schools of optometry.  The cases will be presented by students and then discussed by the operating surgeon and clinical director.  The cases will range from routine cases to interesting and complex cases with an emphasis on the post-operative care of refractive surgery patients.  During the course of the program the clinical directors will discuss the role and responsibility of optometrists in a laser center.
