HOTEL INFORMATION

Stay in the Room Block

The AOA has reserved a group of rooms (the AOA room block) for Optometry’s Meeting™. Hotel rooms reserved for our attendees are taken off the general market and held for our attendees’ exclusive use. If these rooms are not filled, the AOA and AOSA are required to pay attrition fees for the rooms that are held and not used, which will result in decreased programming, loss of meeting space, and increased fees.
