Patient Recall Methods

A recent survey conducted on Optometric Management's Web site asked, "What type of patient recall system do you use in your practice?" Nearly 50% of the 196 respondents use postcards. 21% use Pre-appointment methods, 10% use telephone calls, and 14% use patient-specific letters, while nearly 5% used no specific system for recalling patients.
